For a Single MPU advert on our website your artwork size will need to be 600 x 300 pixels if landscape or 500 x 500 pixels if portrait. If you think your artwork is slightly bigger/smaller than this please let us know and we may be able to resize it.
Yes, website visitors will be able to see your banner on mobiles, tablets and computers. Mobile versions will be scaled down due to smaller screen sizes.
We would strongly recommend adding a button within your graphic as we will make the whole banner clickable.
Yes, please send this over to us using the ‘notes’ section after purchase.
Yes, we can design your artwork for you and ensure it meets our recommended proportions. Please visit our artwork design services page for more information.
We offer a 25% discount on annual orders and we will also upload new versions of your advert to our website if required. (For example, your July advert may look different to your December advert!)
Please note, an additional design fee may apply if you require artwork services.
We use Stripe for online payments, all of which are securely handled off site on their servers. Stripe will accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
If you wish to make payment through standing order, please contact us directly.
Yes, if you select our annual option your account will be debited automatically each month. If your payment card expires and we cannot collect payment we will contact you.
For example, if you purchase 3 months worth of advertising space, this will debited in 3 consecutive months. You can still use your advert in months that are not consecutive, e.g. January, June, September.

To receive the discounted pricing, you will be expected to honour the agreement terms for the duration of your selected purchase. However, please call us to discuss cancellation.
