The Thetford primary school has been awarded ‘Healthy School’ status, in recognition of its efforts to embed and improve curriculum provision across the four core health themes of Healthy Schools.
These themes—physical activity, healthy eating, emotional health, and well-being—are central to supporting young people on their healthy journey through life. This achievement further strengthens the Academy’s commitment to pupils’ personal development, which was graded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted last year.
Both children and staff collaborated to achieve this award, and the Academy has further plans to develop the support it provides to children and families.
