CHIME Recovery Programme
Join us for our popular CHIME recovery workshops. CHIME is a psychologically informed recovery program that people attend through Norfolk and Waveney Mind. CHIME stands for Connection, Hope, Identity, Meaning, and Empowerment. It can help you gain the skills to help you improve your wellbeing and allow you to take some control back over your life.
We are offering 8 free spaces on our next CHIME Recovery Programme, starting Tuesday 6th February at REST Thetford, Breckland House.

Suicide Bereavement Service, Bereavement Cafes
Monthly bereavement café for those bereaved by suicide to meet others in an informal setting over a cuppa and cake.

Social Group
Drop in and enjoy two hours of friendly conversation and activities with Katherine. We have painting, air dry clay, jigsaws and much more or feel free to bring in whatever you like from home. There is no pressure to stay for the whole two hours, just pop in for twenty minutes and say hello. We are a very friendly group and this is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, have a cuppa and a chat.

CAB Drop-In sessions
You can now meet the Citizen’s Advice Bureau at the Hub every Tuesday from 11am to 5pm. They are able to provide support on the day and give advice relating to welfare rights, benefits, debt, housing, budgeting amongst others. You do not need an appointment to access this support and everyone is welcomed.

Music, emotion and expression
This is a one-off group delivered by Lynsey, our experienced artist and group facilitator, exploring a piece of music chosen by each member of the group which is personal to them and exploring the feelings and emotions that it invokes. This is followed by creating a piece of art to represent these feelings.
