Following the success of the Follow That Star Trail over the Christmas period, we’ve got another trail for you and your family to enjoy. Coming this April, keep your eyes peeled for baskets of Easter eggs popping up across Thetford’s town centre. The Egg-cellent Easter Trail is open to all ages and a great way to get some fresh air, whilst exploring the town centre. All you have to do is spot one of the Easter baskets hidden on twenty shop or business windows.
‘Crack the eggs’ to reveal a letter. Use the letters at all 20 stops to crack the Easter Bunny’s secret message!
The Egg-cellent Easter Trail is supported by Norfolk County Council and Breckland Council’s Love Your Market Town scheme. Everyone who finds all twenty baskets of eggs will receive a reward card, with 12 exclusive discounts to use in shops and businesses along the route, a fabulous trail sticker and be entered into a draw to win a £25 Thetford shopping voucher!
Each basket will be marked with an individual QR code. Scan the code on your phone, and you’ll get clues on where to find the next basket on the trail. The reward card contains discounts on food, shop purchases and even a free haircut!
