Groups across Thetford are eagerly awaiting the results of Anglia in Bloom 2025, after the judges toured the town last month.

Thetford in Bloom brings together local groups, businesses, and volunteers, showcasing the town’s ongoing commitment to horticulture and conservation.
In the town centre, the judges met community groups including Thetford Conservation Group, Friends of Thetford Station, and Thetford in Bloom volunteers.
A standout moment in the town centre was the unveiling of a new train-themed planter designed by Thetford Academy students in collaboration with Warren Services.

Further afield, staff and volunteers at the Charles Burrell Centre (CBC) took the judges around their wellbeing garden and grounds enhanced with plants donated by the Shadwell Estate, alongside their working road train, which is used for community events.
Last year the town received a Silver-Gilt award. The team now hopes to go one better when the results are announced on Thursday, 4th September. The town also held its own awards ceremony celebrating the best green-fingered Thetfordians, and you can read the results here.
