Thetford Town Boxing Club would like to thank everyone who came along to their 2025 Home Show, the club’s most well-attended event to date.
There were 17 bouts in total, with 13 of Thetford’s own boxers taking part. The team finished with seven wins, three losses, and three skills bouts. Win or lose, every boxer gave a great performance, and the coaching team were buzzing with pride.
The club would like to thank everyone involved with making the event a reality: Their amazing team of volunteers, including the coaching staff; their dedicated boxers, who all did themselves and the club proud; the visiting clubs and boxers who travelled to take part; the officials and referee; show sponsors CEN Properties and Lomax; and those who donated raffle prizes and sponsored bouts and brought tickets for the event.
Roni Dean said, “Grass roots clubs are where not only champions are created but family and community is created. Days like this mean the world to the boxers and everyone involved and it brings something to be celebrated within our community, a day to really be proud of our town and celebrate it.”
